Family of missing fishing boat captain appeal to President Tsai for help

The family of a Taiwanese fishing boat captain who went missing along with nine crew members off Midway Atoll last week urged President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Thursday to request that the American authorities step up search-and-rescue efforts in the vicinity of the remote U.S. territory.
