Shopping malls in Taipei's Xinyi District cancel New Year's Eve events

Shopping malls in Taipei's Xinyi District, including Taipei 101 and those operated by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and the Breeze Group, have decided to cancel parties and outdoor markets on New Year's Eve in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
