The National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) is in the process of drafting rules to eliminate regulations that allow Taiwanese nationals living overseas for more than six months to two years to temporarily suspend payment of health insurance premiums, Lee Po-chang (李伯璋), director general of NHIA told CNA on Thursday.
