Heavy rain alerts issued for Taoyuan, Hsinchu: CWB

Heavy rain alerts were issued for northern Taoyuan City, Hsinchu city and county on Thursday as a low pressure system is forecast to bring rain and lower temperatures across Taiwan, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said that day.
