President vows to improve police equipment, benefits

Taipei, June 15 (CNA) President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Monday vowed to improve benefits received by police and upgrade the equipment they have to protect themselves, such as batons and stun guns, as Taiwan marked Police Day.
