Taiwan's VP reiterates need to participate in WHO, despite criticism

Vice President Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) reiterated Tuesday the need for Taiwan to participate in the World Health Organization (WHO), despite criticism that the agency has been ineffective in containing the spread of the coronavirus disease COVID-19.
