Hong Kongers fined NT$70,000 for breaking quarantine rules

Three travelers who arrived from Hong Kong and violated quarantine regulations aimed at preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus epidemic in Taiwan were each fined NT$70,000 (US$2,300), according to Taipei City government health department Saturday.
