Japan Airlines flight delayed nearly 8 hours at Taoyuan airport

A Japan Airlines flight at Taoyuan International Airport has been delayed nearly eight hours after the aircraft was slightly damaged Sunday morning as it was being towed to the gate ahead of being boarded.
