17 killed in train derailment in Yilan

A Puyuma express train heading from New Taipei bound for Taitung derailed at 4:50 p.m.in Yilan County in northeastern Taiwan Sunday, killing 17 passengers and leaving more than 80 critically injured, according to firefighters.
