Taiwanese teen threatening school in U.S. had handmade gun, ammo

A Taiwanese student who was arrested in the United States last week for threatening to shoot up his school had built a 9mm handgun with parts bought online and had over 1,600 rounds of ammunition for various firearms, U.S. media reported Monday.
