Newbie rescue dog hero in Hualien quake

One of the most effective members of the rescue team that sprung into action after a magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck Hualien on Tuesday night was a relative newcomer, a four-year-old Labrador that helped save lives under extreme conditions.
