Dengue fever may become 'normal' in Taiwan: premier

Dengue fever outbreaks may become normal in Taiwan, Premier Mao Chi-kuo (毛治國) said Tuesday, as the government announced a nationwide action plan for the prevention of the mosquito-borne disease.
