Kenyan runners win Taipei Fubon Marathon

Julius Chepkwony Rotich of Kenya won the 2014 Taipei Fubon Marathon on Sunday to take the NT$1.2 million (US$38,031) first prize, dashing the hopes of compatriot Josphat Kamzee Jepkopol for a third straight title.
