Xiaomi's 5.7-inch Mi Note phablet to hit Taiwan stores in Q2

Taipei, Jan. 15 (CNA) China's top smartphone maker Xiaomi Corp. announced a 5.7-inch smartphone Thursday in Beijing that will soon hit Taiwan stores, amid competition in China's domestic market from Apple Inc.'s iPhone Plus and other phone-tablet hybrid handsets of similar size.
