TSMC founder Chang vows to enhance Taiwan's visibility as APEC envoy

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) founder Morris Chang (張忠謀), who has been appointed by President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) to represent her at the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, vowed on Friday to enhance Taiwan's global visibility during the meeting.
