Ex-President Ma Ying-jeou to speak on women's rights in Ireland

Former President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) embarked Tuesday on a trip to Europe where he will deliver a speech on the topic of women's rights at the Soroptimist International Convention in Dublin.
