Foreign minister mum on president's mooted APEC attendance

Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) said Thursday Taiwan would "discuss with other countries" President Tsai Ing-wen's (蔡英文) mooted attendance at November's Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' meeting in San Francisco.
