TSMC founder speaks with Blinken at APEC gala

Taiwan's envoy to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Thailand spoke with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken at a gala Thursday night while its main trade negotiator was pushing Taiwan's bid to join a trans-Pacific trade bloc.
