Former Abe adviser warns of China's likely 'manipulation' of Taiwan 2024 election

A former senior adviser to the late Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe warned Tuesday that China might try to interfere in Taiwan's 2024 presidential election and seek to annex the island before 2027, the 100th anniversary of the Chinese military.
