Taiwan accuses Russia of 'changing status quo' over Ukraine actions

Taiwan on Thursday accused Russia of "changing the status quo" and reiterated a call for a peaceful resolution to disputes after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the commencement of military operations in Ukraine.
