13 diplomatic allies call for Taiwan's participation in WHA as observer

Thirteen of Taiwan's 15 diplomatic allies had made appeals to the World Health Organization (WHO) as of Thursday, calling for an invitation to be issued for the country's participation in the WHO's decision-making body as an observer.
