Taiwan's military is scheduled to form a new reserve mobilization agency while expanding its existing scope in mobilizing civilian forces as part of its ongoing reforms to beef up the nation's reserve forces amid the increasing threat from China, the Ministry of National Defense (MND) said Tuesday.
