Taiwan to expand talent pool, recruit more foreign professionals: Tsai

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Friday stressed the importance of strengthening Taiwan's talent pool and bringing in foreign professionals in order for the country to meet the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and globalization.
