Gay marriage advocates brave rain to rally ahead of legislative vote
Taipei, May 17 (CNA) More than 35,000 people took to the streets of Taipei on Friday, urging lawmakers to legalize same-sex marriage in a plenary session of the Legislature that was scheduled to vote on three competing bills on the issue in the morning session.
