Taiwan can learn from Israel, Germany on transitional justice: VP

Taiwan has much to learn from Israel and Germany on how they commemorate the Holocaust as it embarks on the path of transitional justice, Vice President Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) said Sunday at an International Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony in Taipei.
