Kuala Lumpur, Dec. 11 (CNA) Cooperation is the key to opening the door to prosperity and ensuring a safer, progressive and more democratic world, according to Taiwanese Tseng Yung-chuan (曾永權), who was appointed last Saturday as the new chairman of the Asian Pacific League for Freedom and Democracy (APLFD) in Malaysia.
