Paraguayan president thanks Taiwan for educational assistance

Paraguayan President Mario Abdo Benitez on Monday expressed gratitude for the assistance Taiwan has provided his country, especially the establishment of the Taiwan-Paraguay Polytechnic University (Universidad Politechnica Taiwan-Paraguay, UPTP).
