Still hope for democracy, despite totalitarian surge: Brundtland

Norwegian former Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland said Monday that despite the upsurge of totalitarian regimes in China, Russia and elsewhere, she remains confident democratic ways of governance will prevail.
