Washington, Dec. 3 (CNA) A former deputy spokesman for the U.S. Department of State, Alan D. Romberg, has called a phone conversation between President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump a success as long as it did not signal a shift in U.S. policy.
