The Hague court ruling downgrades ROC's status: foreign minister

Foreign Minster David Lee (李大維) said late Tuesday that the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague has downgraded the Republic of China's status as a sovereign state in its ruling on South China Sea disputes.
