President greeted by other leaders, Jill Biden at Panama ceremony

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) was greeted by Jill Biden, wife of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, and the leaders of several other countries during the inauguration ceremony of the expanded Panama Canal on Sunday, according to Presidential Office spokesman Alex Huang (黃重諺).
