Taiwan in danger of becoming haven for fraudsters: KMT lawmakers

Several Kuomintang (KMT) lawmakers warned Monday that Taiwan could become a safe haven for its nationals suspected of fraud in China or other countries because of gaps in cooperation with Beijing and legal constraints at home.
