KMT, DPP presidential candidates comment on South China Sea strategy

The ruling Kuomintang's presidential candidate Eric Chu (朱立倫) said Wednesday he will not stand behind the United States on the South China Sea issue, while his Democratic Progressive Party rival sounded more in tune with the U.S.
