Taipei, Aug. 6 (CNA) Ruling Kuomintang (KMT) Legislator Lee Hung-chun (李鴻鈞) said Thursday that he will not seek re-election in 2016, so that he can devote more time to helping with the presidential campaign of People First Party Chairman James Soong (宋楚瑜).
