Taiwan's relief to Philippines helps warm ties with Manila: MOFA

A highly efficient disaster relief operation Taiwan carried out recently in typhoon-affected areas of the Philippines has highlighted Taiwan as an international disaster relief service provider, and could help improve relations between the two countries, Taiwan's Foreign Minister David Lin said Saturday.
