Plans to open offices in three ASEAN states unchanged: MOFA

Taiwan still hopes to open representative offices in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrew Li-yan Hsia said Monday, while confirming that Taiwan was closing offices in three other states.
