Tao helmet artwork covered to cut glare

Workers on a crane cover the large silver helmet installation at Taitung Train Station with black mesh to reduce sunlight glare following complaints from nearby residents. Created in 2018 by Italian artist Marco Casagrande and local artist Lin Hsin-yu (林新羽), the work represents the Indigenous Tao people of Orchid Island and their connection to nature.
