Last building

A partially torn down building is pictured in Tainan Friday. It was the last structure to be razed as part of a project to move a section of the railway line in the city underground. Work started in 2016 but was temporarily halted in 2019 because of opposition from residents amid claims cultural artifacts had been unearthed at the site. CNA photo Aug. 20, 2021
