Taiwanese artist Vincent J.F. Huang (黃瑞芳) will again represent the South Pacific island nation of Tuvalu at the Venice Biennale this year, and highlight the issue of climate change with an art installation in Tuvalu's national pavilion at the major international art exhibition.
