The Taiwan preliminary of the 13th World Cosplay Championship concluded in Hsinchu County Sunday, with two local cosplayers, known as Chiu Chi and Hung Yueh Ling -- both pseudonyms -- winning the competition and a ticket to the finals in Japan.
