Taipei mum on reports mayor will attend forum in Shanghai

The Taipei City government declined to confirm or deny media reports on Tuesday that Mayor Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) will lead a delegation to Shanghai later this month to attend the annual Taipei-Shanghai forum.
