Old Sichuan hotpot restaurant chain founder dies at 55

Liang Chao-chen (梁朝臣), the founder and CEO of Old Sichuan, the first spicy hotpot restaurant chain listed on Taiwan's Emerging Stock Market, passed away at the age of 55 Monday, the company said in a statement released Tuesday.
