PX Mart merger with RT-Mart conditionally approved

The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) has approved the deal for Taiwanese supermarket chain PX Mart to acquire hypermarket operator RT-Mart with several conditions attached, partly to prevent the companies from engaging in monopolistic price gouging.
