Taiwan's exports hit new Q1 high

Thanks to heavy global demand for high tech gadgets and a recovery in old economy industries, Taiwan's exports hit a new quarterly high in the first three months of this year after a strong showing in March, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) said on Friday.
