Kaohsiung MRT incurs NT$100 million in losses due to COVID-19

The mass rapid transit (MRT) system in Kaohsiung posted an operating loss of NT$100 million (US$3.57 million) in 2020, due to a sharp decline in ridership amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the managing company said Monday.
