Chen Nan-kuang appointed central bank deputy governor

National Taiwan University (NTU) Professor Chen Nan-kuang (陳南光) is to succeed Yang Chin-long (楊金龍) as deputy governor of Taiwan's central bank, the Presidential Office announced Wednesday.
