The Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project, the biggest urban development plan in Taiwan's history, will shrink by 127 hectares in terms of the area it will cover, but the shrinkage will not affect plans to build a third runway for the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, a Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) official said Friday.
