Taiwan's manufacturing sector's purchasing managers index (PMI) for July rose 0.9 points from a month earlier to 54.2, marking the fifth consecutive month of expansion. Meanwhile, the non-manufacturing index (NMI) for July also rose 2.7 points from June to 54.4, marking the second consecutive month of expansion.
