Tropical Storm Pakhar could bring rain to Taiwan Sunday

Affected by the peripheral cloud system of Tropical Storm Pakhar over the South China Sea, Hualien and Taitung in eastern, central and southern Taiwan could see passing showers or thunderstorms on Sunday, while other areas will see largely cloudy and sunny skies, the Central Weather Bureau forecast.
