Man on run for 24 years caught running a red light

A 63-year-old Taiwanese man, who has been wanted on fraud charges for 24 years, was caught running a red light in Kaohsiung City on Monday, just one year before the statute of limitations on his alleged crimes runs out, the police said that day.
